Apa Nova Ploiesti is at the clients' disposal through its reactivity and the respect of its commitments, identifying their needs and expectations. In this category we can include the negotiation process with our suppliers in order to obtain the equipments and the machine parts, etc ... all is reflected in our every day activity, therefore on our client, too.
Considering this responsibility, Apa Nova Ploiesti intended to develop its employees' negotiation skills. In this way, 3 instruction sessions regarding the negotiation techniques, in total 24 persons trained and 384 training hours, were organized with EURO coaching team support.
Apa Nova Ploiesti believes these three training sessions were efficient, the results coming in sight in the contracts signed with the suppliers and, therefore, in the daily activity of the company.
As to the EURO coaching quality service, it is more than satisfactory, this is the conclusion of the participants: the training respected the theme, was result oriented, enriched with specific case studies, and the time for the training was sufficient.
